One-day introduction to trail running

This one day, small group (max size 6) session will help you start on your journey as a trail runner. We'll head out for a run on the trails, pausing along the way to work on skills such as:

  • strength work for trail running
  • running on uneven ground
  • uphill and downhill running technique
  • navigation

By the end of the day, you'll have acquired enough knowledge, skills and confidence to venture out on your own, and have made some new trail-running friends too!
