This one day, small group (max size 6) session will help you start on your journey as a trail runner. We'll head out for a run on the trails, pausing along the way to work on skills such as:
- strength work for trail running
- running on uneven ground
- uphill and downhill running technique
By the end of the day, you'll have acquired enough knowledge, skills and confidence to venture out on your own, and have made some new trail-running friends too!
