A personalised training plan is the ideal choice for you if you want a plan based on your current running performance, tailored to your particular goal and you have the motivation to see it through by yourself. I can help you by writing such a plan for you.
Your tailored plan will:
be based on an initial conversation with you, in which I'd find out all about you and your running; your goals, your current strengths, your training preferences and so on
build your running progressively towards your goal
set out clearly exactly what running you need to do each week, how and why
explain the terminology used
If you lack the motivation to see a plan through by yourself, combining a personalised plan with some coaching and feedback from a distance would be the perfect choice for you. With a choice of weekly or monthly coaching and feedback by phone, email or Skype, we would have regular discussions on how your running was going, and I would amend and update your plan as required.
If you are local to Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire or Leicestershire, you have the option to combine the personalised plan with some face-to-face coaching too; ideal if you need some hands-on support and guidance with putting the plan into practice.
